Bourbon Whiskey

Our bourbon is distilled from a mash bill of Corn, Rye, and Barley. We age in 15 and 25 gallon, levels 3 and 4 charred barrels for 2-3 years before carefully blending 4-6 barrels together for our Small Batch bottlings. This whiskey pays homage to American's native spirit with its meticulous artisanship and individuality. Serve neat, on the rocks, or in a classic bourbon cocktail like the Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or Whiskey Sour. Cheers!
